  • The company refers to Suitcase Club Limited here in the terms & conditions.
  • This group sale promotion is from April 12, 2021 to April 26, 2021, and the original price will be restored after the promotion period.
  • Our staff will contact the customer through email / whatsapp / phone call to make an appointment for the delivery date / pick up date within 3 working days from purchase date.
  • Under any circumstances, please do not go to the redemption location to pick up the goods before you received pick-up notification. After the order is completed, you have to wait for the pick-up notification from the company before you can pick up the goods.
  • Customers must arrange delivery within 60 days after the end of the promotion period, that is, before (June 25, 2021) or pick them up at Room 1806, 18th Floor, Nanyang Plaza, 57 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong. If the customer has no specific requirements, all goods will be delivered to the customer within 14 days (On/before 18 May 2021) after the end of the promotion period.
  • If the company is not able to make contact with the customer within 60 days after the end of the promotion period for pickup or delivery arrangement, the company reserves the right to dispose of the goods.
  • The delivery time of the goods may be delayed due to freight or severe weather conditions. The company will not make any compensation for the delay. The company will try its best to deliver the goods to the customer in time.
  • The customer can only cancel or make changes to the order within 2 days after placing the order, and the order cannot be cancelled or changed after 2 days.
  • In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.


  • Delivery service is only applicable within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories which can be accessed by motor vehicles on paved roads.
  • The company currently do not deliver to the following locations:
    1. Outlying Islands, except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung; the delivery service only available on every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (Except public holidays). The delivery time slot for Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are 12:00-16:00, while Tung Chung is 16:00-23:00. Return pick-up services are not provided in above areas;
    2. Hong Kong International Airport
    3. Any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited;
    4. Logistic warehouse, transshipment warehouse, warehouse that require to queue for pick up or deliver and warehouse that require to pay for entrance fee or registration fee.
  • Delivery service is only limited to the ground or the place where the elevator can be reached directly. For delivery addresses that do not have lift services, please pick up the goods at the lobby or ground floor of the building.
  • Customer must provide valid mailing address and contact number for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or customer has failed to show up to receive the delivery, Suitcase Club Limited will charge an additional $100 re-delivery cost to the customer per product.


  • The company provide 1 year limited warranty which will be activated from the delivery date / pick-up date.
  • Please visit https://www.suitcase.hk/warranty for warranty registration within 7 days after suitcase delivered.
  • The warranty only covers the normal use of replaceable parts which include Trolley frame, Handles, Wheels, and Lock, excluding non-replaceable components which include cracked shells, scratches, zippers damage or any other man-made damages. In case of dispute, we reserve the right for the final decision.
  • If a product is returned/ exchanged due to other reasons except product quality, customer must bring back the product or ship the product at own cost to the company warehouse. The company refuse to accept any freight collect shipment.
  • To return/exchange a product, customer must send the request to support@suitcase.hk, within 7 days from date of receipt of good. Once request has been granted, the product must be returned to the company in its original and un-used condition (including authentic labels, use instructions, warranty cards and other hang tags) in order to obtain an exchange.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
  • Actual color, size and weight vary by configuration and manufacturing process. In case of any discrepancy, the actual object should be considered as final.
